BİZ KİMİZ?
R440 Club beraberliği 2017 yıllarında dayanan, temelleri ise 2019 yıllarında atılmış Euro Truck Simulator 2 oyunu üzerine kurulmuş, simulasyonu seven saygılı ve hoşgörülü bireylerlerden oluşmuş bir ekiptir.
2019 Yılları başında Black Alcoa taratından kurulan R440, 2020 Yılı sonunda VTC sayfasını faaliyete geçirmiştir. Yönetimsel başarısı, aktif ekip yaşantısı ve saygın bir ekip olarak tanınmasıyla bugünlere kadar adından sıkça söz ettirmiştir.
Ekip oluşumundan ziyade aile kavramını benimseyen bir işleyişe sahip R440, ekibe alımlarını oyun şartları ve kişisel şartlara bağlı olarak yılda bir kaç kez form üzerinden yapmaktadır. Her alımdan önce Discord üzerinden sıkça duyurular geçilir ve yeni aile fertlerinin alınması sağlanır.
Belirli oyun şartları dışında, +16 Yaş alt sınırının getirdiği mantıklı ve olgunluk aradığımız bireyler, ekibimizin huzurunu bozmayacak her kişinın aramıza dahil olması bizlere mutluluk vermektedir.
R440 yönetiminin Ekip içi aktifliğe verdiği önem, huzuru sağlaması ve esnek kuralları, ekibin ilk günden bugüne kadar Türk Ekip piyasasında diri ve ayakta kalmasını sağlamıştır. Ekibin en temel gayesi, okulundan işinden gelen her ekip üyesinin burada kaliteli ve keyifli zaman geçirip kafa dağıtmasını sağlamaktır. Huzuru kaçıracak, ortamı bölecek her kişi ve davranış kapımızın dışında kalmaktadır.
Devamlılığımız, ekip içindeki aile samimiyetimiz ve bunun reel yaşantıda bile görüşecek kadar sıkılaşmış bir arkadaş ortamına dönüşmesi, herkesin imrenebileceği bir topluluk imajını oluşturmuştur.
R440 Club Alımları Nasıl Olur?
Alımlarımız yılda bir kaç kez belirsiz zamanlarsa, süreli şekilde yapılır ve sıkça duyurular geçilerek alım konusunda bildirim geçilir.
Ekibimizin alımları 2 kademede ele alınır.
Ekip kurucusunun onayından geçen kişi, ardından yönetim kadrosunun oylamasından geçer.
Detaylı bir araştırmanın ardından yönetim oylamasından da geçen alım üyesi, tek bir red oyu dahi almaz ve araştırmasından söyledikleri dışında bir sonuç çıkmaz ise R440 Ailesine katılmaya hak kazanır.
R440 Club ilk günden beri Türk oyuncuları barındırmıştır ve ekip her zaman Türk oyuncuları barındırmaya devam edecektir.
Aile ve ötesi olarak adlandırdığımız bu sıcak ortama ekip demek biraz basit kalıyor.

WHO ARE WE?
R440 Club is a team of respectful and tolerant individuals who love simulation, built on the Euro Truck Simulator 2 game, whose togetherness dates back to 2017 and whose foundations were laid in 2019.
Founded in early 2019 by Black Alcoa, R440 launched its VTC page at the end of 2020. It has made a name for itself until today with its managerial success, active team life and recognition as a respected team.
R440, which has a functioning that adopts the concept of family rather than team formation, makes its recruitment to the team via the form several times a year depending on the game conditions and personal conditions. Before each recruitment, frequent announcements are made on Discord and new family members are recruited.
Apart from certain game conditions, the individuals we are looking for the reasonableness and maturity brought by the +16 age limit, we are happy to include every person who will not disturb the peace of our team.
The importance given by the R440 management to the activity within the team, ensuring peace and flexible rules have ensured that the team has remained alive and standing in the Turkish Team market from the first day until today. The main goal of the team is to ensure that every team member who comes from school and work can spend quality and enjoyable time here and distract themselves. Every person and behavior that will disturb the peace and divide the environment is outside our door.
Our continuity, our family sincerity within the team and the transformation of this into an environment of friends tightened enough to meet even in real life has created the image of a community that everyone can envy.
How is R440 Club Recruitment?
Our purchases are made several times a year at indefinite times and frequent announcements are made and notifications are made about the purchase.
The recruitment of our team is handled in 2 levels.
The person who passes the approval of the team founder, then passes the vote of the management team.
After a detailed research, the recruitment member, who also passes the management vote, is entitled to join the R440 Family if he does not receive a single rejection vote and if there is no result other than what he says from his research.
R440 Club has hosted Turkish players since day one and the team will always continue to host Turkish players.
Calling this warm environment, which we call family and beyond, a team is a bit simplistic.
R440 CLub is a family and there is no precedent for this sincere friendly environment.
