Who is R440 Club?
R440 Club is a team of respectful and tolerant individuals who love simulation, built on the Euro Truck Simulator 2 game, based on the Euro Truck Simulator 2 game, which was founded in 2017, its foundations were laid in 2019, and officially entered its 5th year as of 2025.
Founded in early 2019 by Black Alcoa, R440 launched its VTC page at the end of 2020.
It has made a name for itself until today with its managerial success, active team life and recognition as a respected team.
R440, which has a functioning that adopts the concept of family rather than team formation,
makes its recruitment to the team several times a year via the form depending on the game conditions and personal conditions.
Before each recruitment, frequent announcements are made on Discord and new family members are recruited.
Apart from certain game conditions, the individuals we are looking for the reasonableness and maturity brought by the +16 age limit,
we are happy to include every person who will not disturb the peace of our team.
The importance that R440 management attaches to in-team activism,
listening to the wishes of individual team members and ensuring peace and flexible rules are among the biggest factors that have kept the team
alive and not collapsed since its establishment in both logistics and communities.
The main goal of the team is to ensure that every team member who comes from school and work can spend quality and enjoyable time here and distract themselves. Every person and behavior that will disturb the peace and divide the environment is outside our door.
How is R440 Club Recruitment?
Recruitment takes place several times during the year on predetermined dates at set time intervals.
Recruitment takes place only on the DISCORD platform, with announcements and notifications.
The R440 Team never makes recruitment notifications in-game or via DM.
We announce our purchases with our social media addresses and notifications on DISCORD.
The recruitment of our team is handled in 2 stages.
The person who passes the approval and detailed examination of the team founder, then passes the vote of the management staff.
After a detailed research, adaptation to the team and discipline discussions, the recruitment member, who also passes the management vote, is entitled to join the R440 Family if he does not receive a single rejection vote and if there is no result other than what he says from his research.
R440 Club has only given and will continue to give place to TURKISH Players since it became official.
