Here we explain how you can join the R440 Club family, how R440's recruitment processes are announced and realized, and how approvals are obtained during the recruitment process.

R440 Club recruitment takes place a few times a year at unspecified times, exclusively on Discord, through a form provided.
Just before the recruitment opens, announcements are made, team participation requirements are specified and general information about the recruitment is presented to the players.
When it's time to recruit, R440 will post notifications throughout the recruitment, frequently reminding players that it's recruitment time.
What can a player do to join the R440 family?
R440 is a Turkish team that only includes Turkish players. This decision is permanent as it aims for a healthier environment in terms of communication. Therefore, first of all, he/she should make sure that he/she complies with this condition.
First of all, they should check if we are in a recruitment period.
Then he/she should examine our recruitment conditions in detail and decide whether his/her profile and situation meets the team conditions or is insufficient.
Then, they should fill in the given form with the answers according to the question and in accordance with the warnings.
Since it is a form, the first impression about the person will be taken from here. For this reason, the more accurate and longer the form describes you, the more likely you are to be hired, depending on other conditions.
After these procedures, the form of the person who sends the form is examined within 24-48 hours.
First of all, the founder's detailed review of the player's form, as well as the player's accounts, environmental and game status are examined. The form of the player who successfully passes the founder's approval is notified that it is under review by tagging the player on the relevant channel of the discord.
In cases that are not approved by the founder in the first place, the player is notified on the relevant channel of the server with the reasons why the form is rejected directly.
If the founder approves the form and general details, he/she will contact the player before the management review for minor and solvable problems and have a conversation to solve the problem. If a middle ground is found, the form review decides to continue.
After the approval of the first review, the entire form is transferred to the R440 management team with details. The management team reviews the details and the player and decides whether to accept or reject. The decision process takes a maximum of 48 hours.
After the decision, the final status of the purchase is transferred to the user as approval or rejection via the relevant channel. From this process, the Team Communication officer is assigned and provides transportation to the player's team to start the recruitment process.
